Hello, My name is Ken  and my friend and business partners name is Myrna, we are just a couple of senior aged folks that want to help other people be prepared for any emergency that may pop up in their home, auto, business, or more importantly, with them or their loved ones.

I have been in the security business for over 20 years. I have seen it all, or at least, most of it. I have seen what does work in protecting our homes and loved ones, and what doesn’t work.  Our hopes are that this blog will be a place you can come to for lots of good articles and tips on how to become more aware of the world around you and how to be more SECURELY  prepared.

The world around us is changing everyday and sad to say, it is very hard to trust ones neighbor, or the guy down the street that used to mow our lawn. Just another reason it is so  important to know the products and home security items that are out in the market and how to use them.

We also want to make this blog a place to come and visit for lots of information on personal safety in the home, and for care givers to come and find out how to make a home a safe place to be for your parents or grand parents.

Some articles I will be finding from different sources……..and will always give credit and a link so that you may go and check it out for your self.

Since we are Seniors ourselves, we know the importance of being prepared BEFORE things happen and that is what we hope to bring to you……how to be prepared BEFORE things happen!
